- Deleted: your measurements, colour and shape preferences, address, and sign-in.
- Kept: records of orders you've already placed. Canadian tax rules require us to hold these for seven years. They sit apart from your profile and we don't use them for anything else. See how we handle your information.
- An order still in progress can't be deleted while it's open. Cancel or finish it first.
